Returns

I have changed my mind, can I return my print? Please email juderiverdesign@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product if you have changed your mind and wish to return your print. We will offer a refund upon receipt, provided the items are in re-saleable condition. We do not pay for return shipping costs if you have just changed your mind. Please note custom & personalised prints are not returnable. 

My item has arrived damaged or faulty, what do I do?  We try our best to get everything right the first time, but we’re only human and occasionally things do go wrong or get damaged in transit. If you have received a product you believe is faulty, please contact us at juderiverdesign@gmail.com and we will get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
